Does MOTOTRBO Satisfy the FCC 12.5 kHz Mandate?

Yes.  Mototrbo will put your organization in compliance with the 2013 FCC Mandate.  It is also compliant with phase 2, the next transition to 6.25 kHz.  Phase 2 has no firm date but will likely be mandated sometime shortly after 2013.  Because Mototrbo allows 2 voice paths on one 12.5 kHz channel it will meet the requirements of the phase 2 mandate.  By choosing this technology today, your organization will already be in compliance for the next two FCC mandates.
